Photos and Videos: We access the photos you choose to upload from your device's photo library. We use these photos solely to generate AI-based images and videos as requested by you. The original photos are sent to our servers and then to Replicate (our third-party AI service provider) for processing. Generated Content: The AI-generated images and videos you create are stored locally on your device within the Application's gallery.
b) Financial Data
We use Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit) to manage subscriptions and one-time purchases (e.g., "coin packs"). We do not collect or store any personal financial information, such as credit card numbers. All financial transactions are processed by Apple, and you should review their privacy policy for more information. We do receive transaction confirmation and subscription status from Apple to grant you access to premium features or content.
c) Automatically Collected Information
Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about your activity in the Application, such as the features you use, the templates you select, and the number of generations you create. This information is collected on an anonymous basis.
Device Information: We do not collect personal device identifiers like UDID or serial numbers. We may collect anonymous, non-identifying information about your device, such as device model and OS version, for troubleshooting and service improvement.

2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

With Service Providers: We share your uploaded photos with Replicate (https://replicate.com/privacy), our third-party AI service provider, who performs AI processing on our behalf. According to Replicate's privacy policy, they do not use your data to train their models and delete your data after processing. For Monetization: We use Apple's StoreKit to manage our subscriptions and in-app purchases. Apple handles purchase validation and subscription status. You can review Apple's privacy policy for more details.
By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Uploaded Photos: Your original photos are sent to our server and then to Replicate for processing. We do not store your original photos on our servers long-term after the generation process is complete. According to Replicate's privacy policy, they also do not store your data after processing.
Generated Content: The images and videos you generate are stored on your device and are under your control. You can delete them at any time through the Application's gallery.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
5. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- Access to Photos: You control the Application's access to your photo library through your device's settings.
- Deleting Content: You can delete any generated content stored in the Application's gallery at any time.
- Contacting Us: If you have questions or want to request the deletion of any data associated with you (e.g., feedback submissions), please contact us via the method provided in the Application.
6. POLICY FOR CHILDREN
Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
